Welcome Home!

WOW!! It snowed a lot while I was gone!
I can't complain, though. I got a great seat on all
my flights, and for someone traveling on an
employee standby status...that is a great day! and
All but one of the flights were on time! Amazing!!
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas 2008!

Xiao Loong Bao...(Steamed Dumplings)

This is probably my all time favorite foreign dish!
This is what I come to China for. I luuuvvveee this dish.
It can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late night snack...
so how perfect is that! I never get tired of it.
(p.s. I don't share either...I eat every one!)
Cost for 8 pieces...5 yuan (about 75 cents)
