Sean had to attend a Physical Therapy Convention

at The Mandalay Hotel (not too bad of duty)
He worked and we played!!

We stayed at The Marriott Grand Chateau, and

it was GRAND! We had a fabulous room with

an amazing view! We really felt like we were

in Las Vegas! We had a 180 degree view of

the Las Vegas Strip! Thank you Marriott!!

in The Steve Wynn Hotel. It took us a while to find it,

but it was soooo worth it!

The Year of the OX

Pho'...Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup

This dish is my other most favorite international

food to eat! It, too, can be eaten for breakfast,

lunch, or dinner...PERFECT!

In Vietnam, it's probably most popular at

breakfast time. However, you will see it

served on the streets of Saigon all day long.

My grandson, Brennan, loved it!
